FAQ:
1. Why is my mineshaft not working?
You either didn't put the mineshafter-proxy.jar (and app) in the same directory as your default launcher, or you need admin permissions

2. Why don't i have mods when i have 1.0.0 (or most recent)
Because when you run the proxy for the first time it registers as "Not downloaded". BACK UP YOUR MINECRAFT.JAR

3. Why does it say "Failed to login"?
You may be disconnected from the internet OR your username/password are incorrect.

4. Why doesn't my skin/cape show up in offline mode?
You can get your skin to show up in offline mode by switching your char.png in your minecraft.jar/mobs with your new char.png. but the new default skin will be the default for all (to you) unless premium. either way, you need to be online for capes.

5. Why you talk fast?
hypercam 3 was being a dick and would cutoff early, like in this video.

6. Why can't my friends (or i see my friends) skin/cape?
Both of you need mineshafter joined account.

7. Is this a mod?
NO

8. Do i need internet?
Yes and no. Yes if you want custom cloaks and skin. Refer to number 4
