This is as slow as it gets... I'd estimate about a pixel a decade. After rounding up.
You can exercise and have fun races with your friends. Slow and steady wins the race doesn't apply.

So in this video I demonstrate my awesome understanding of Minecraft physics and take advantage of all the things in minecraft that slows you down.

This was inspired and basically ripped off of Sethbling's "How to travel 25 meters per hour", except I used a potion that made me go even slower. I also gave examples of innovative, creative and totally original ideas and applications.
